Customer Relations Manager


Hours of work: 40 hours per week 

Rate of Pay: £35-£40k per annum depending on experience

Your role will include the following:

  • Overall responsibility for the sale of self-funding beds to ensure occupancy targets are achieved within the home
  • To ensure the experience of self-funding clients and their families is of the highest quality and seamless move-ins are achieved on date
  • To work with the marketing team and ensure a key marketing strategy is devised and implemented based on the individual service and geography
  • To create community engagement within the home through local schools, businesses, charities and other organisations
  • To promote and Google reviews within the home, to maintain the profiles and to contact families and friends directly to encourage reviews
  • To lead on key regular marketing events within the home and promote this on social and local media
  • To ensure all associated administration duties are carried out effectively and in a timely manner
  • To record and account for all petty cash expenditure
  • The role will include some travel
